Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at BHS

Berkshire Health Systems provides patients access to the latest advanced procedures and treatments in the field of Plastic, Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery. Rodrigro Santamarina, MD, a board certified, fellowship trained plastic and reconstructive surgeon, provides the full range of complex plastic, reconstructive and hand surgery care in Berkshire County and the surrounding region.

On June 10th, 2014, we officially became Lenox Plastic Surgery & Skin Center of BMC, in our new location: Lenox Commons, Building 12C, 55 Pittsfield Rd., Lenox, MA.

The highly trained plastic and reconstructive surgery team at Berkshire Health Systems can provide the latest, most advanced treatment options, utilizing Berkshire Medical Center's state-of-the-art Operating Suites and outpatient ambulatory surgery services. Combining our commitment to investing in highly specialized tools for plastic and reconstructive surgery with Dr. Santamarina's expert knowledge and advanced training, Berkshire Health Systems offers our patients the best care for enhancing a patient's image or repairing a physical problem.

Lenox Plastic Surgery & Skin Center of BMC provides numerous treatments and procedures, that include non-surgical and surgical options, ranging from body contour surgery to injections, breast augmentation and reduction, treatment for carpal tunnel syndrome, facelift surgery and more. Lenox Plastic Surgery & Skin Center of BMC also has numerous skin care products that can help you to look your best.

Dr. Santamarina also uses the most advanced laser technology for plastic and reconstructive surgery care. The Lumenis One system can be used to treat spider veins, hemangiomas and port wine stains (birthmarks), and its Intense Pulse Light (IPL) can provide facial, neck, and hand rejuvenation, as well as for the treatment of rosacea. This technique reduces dark or red spots in the skin due to sun damage, and can even out skin tones. In addition, a Light Sheer laser is available for hair removal, with a permanent reduction in hair after every treatment.

Lenox Plastic Surgery & Skin Center of BMC provides numerous treatments and procedures.
